FamilyCloud members can send a cancellation request to [email protected].
On receiving a cancellation request, FamilyCloud will review and confirm the request.
On confirmation, FamilyCloud will purge all records from its servers and clear the login within 7 days.
The subscription amount will not be refunded.
Users also have the option of not renewing the annual subscription.
In the eventuality, users do not renew their annual subscription, their data will be purged from the FamilyCloud.ai servers in 30 days.
